カノニカルテーブルを使うと postfixでFROMアドレスを変更できました

１．main.cfで以下を設定
sender_canonical_maps = hash:/usr/local/etc/postfix/sender_canonical
２．/usr/local/etc/postfix/sender_canonicalを編集
３．postmap コマンドを実行
postmap /usr/local/etc/postfix/sender_canonical
４．postfixを再起動
