help2man-1.36.4_2 < needs updating (port has 1.36.4_3)

You may wish to ``make deinstall'' and install this port again
by ``make reinstall'' to upgrade it properly.
If you really wish to overwrite the old port of devel/p5-Locale-gettext
without deleting it first, set the variable "FORCE_PKG_REGISTER"
in your environment or the "make install" command line.

エラーで更新できなったので
devel/p5-Locale-gettext を FORCE_PKG_REGISTER を環境変数にセットして
make reinstall を実行後再度更新したら成功した
