2月1日から /usr/local/sbin/portversion -v | grep "<" の実行で以下のエラーがでるようになった
missing key: categories: Cannot read the portsdb!

Google 検索の答えでは、portupgradeを手動更新する必要があるらしい
portupgradeを手動更新した
cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade
make deinstall
make install

更新後の結果

[missing key: categories] は、まだ出ている
# portsdb -Uu　で更新したらエラーで停止した
コメント中にmake fetchindex を実行すればとでていたので実行したらでなくなった
