エラーで更新できなったので
devel/p5-Locale-gettext　を　FORCE_PKG_REGISTER を環境変数にセットして
make reinstall を実行後再度更新したら成功した

FreeBSDにて構築したcvsrootフォルダをdebian KURO-BOXに移すとき
FreeBSD の tar で，圧縮アーカイブし，ファイルをコピーしてdebian KURO-BOXにて，展開するが漢字のファイル名がばけて使えなかった

仕方がないので，ファイルを圧縮せずsamba経由でコピーしていたが，gtarをFreeBSDにインストールして，解決した
